Who we are

Pink Pheonix Studios, a UK sole-trader business, is the data controller for personal data processed through Terra Defence Protocol. Contact: support@pinkpheonixstudios.co.uk.

What we collect and why

  • Account data (email address, sign-in identifiers) — to create and secure your account. Basis: contract.
  • Display name — shown on leaderboards, raids and challenge boards. Basis: contract.
  • Game data (bases, progress, run summaries, resource transfers, linked Eternal Horizons account, subscription status) — to provide the game and Premium perks. Basis: contract.
  • Technical data (IP address, device/browser info, error logs) — for security, fraud prevention and fixing bugs. Basis: legitimate interests.
  • Support messages — to answer your questions. Basis: legitimate interests.

We never receive or store your card details.

Who we share it with

  • Paddle, our Merchant of Record, for sales, subscription management, payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
  • Service providers who host and run the game (hosting, database and sign-in providers, including Google if you sign in with Google).
  • Eternal Horizons, our linked game, only if you choose to link your accounts — limited to your linked ID, pilot name and the resources you send.
  • Professional advisers (such as accountants or lawyers) where needed.
  • Authorities, where required by law.

International transfers

Some providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses to protect it.

How long we keep it

We keep account data while your account is active and delete or anonymise it when it's no longer needed, or within 30 days of a deletion request, unless we must keep it longer by law (for example tax records).

Cookies and local storage

We use only essential cookies and browser storage to keep you signed in and save your game. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies. You can clear them in your browser settings, but this signs you out and may erase local progress.

Security

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures, including encrypted connections and restricted access, to protect your data.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time. Email support@pinkpheonixstudios.co.uk; we'll respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).

Children

The game is intended for players aged 13 and over.
